EMPOWERED CONNECTIONS
TWO DAY EVENT
- Isle of Arran 🏴
JUNE 2026
Join us for an unforgettable two day event of creativity, healing, and connection!
WHAT'S INCLUDED

Saturday 6th – Empowered Connection Workshop (Auchrannie Hotel)
Spend the day immersed in a powerful workshop designed to strip back the noise and help you reconnect with yourself and others on a deeper level. Through guided conversations, reflective practices, and group exercises, you’ll uncover the patterns that have been holding you back and build the inner clarity needed to move forward. This is about creating space for honesty, courage, and self-respect — in an environment that feels safe, supportive, and transformational.
Sunday 7th – Glen Rosa Walk & Cold Water Swim
On Sunday morning we step out into the raw beauty of Arran. Together we’ll hike through the stunning Glen Rosa valley, grounding ourselves in nature and everything it mirrors back to us. The journey finishes with an optional cold water dip — a moment to reset your nervous system, release what no longer serves you, and embrace the strength that’s already within you. It’s a simple but unforgettable experience that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and fully alive.

No. All tickets are non-refundable. However, you can request a credit note up to 1 month before the event, which can be exchanged for a future event. After this point, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
What if the ferry is cancelled?
If CalMac cancels sailings due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your event ticket will be transferred into a credit note which can be used towards a future event. No cash refunds will be issued.
Does the ticket include accommodation or ferry travel?
No. Your ticket covers the workshop and guided experiences only. You are responsible for booking your own accommodation and ferry travel.
Where should I stay?
We recommend booking accommodation in Brodick for the weekend. This keeps you close to the Auchrannie Hotel (where the Saturday workshop is hosted) and makes Sunday morning’s Glen Rosa walk easily accessible.
Where is the workshop held?
The Empowered Connection Workshop on Saturday takes place at the Auchrannie Hotel, Brodick. Full details and timings will be provided closer to the event.
What happens on Sunday?
On Sunday we’ll meet in Glen Rosa for a group walk followed by an optional cold-water swim. This is a powerful way to close the weekend and reset both mind and body.
Do I need to be fit for the walk and swim?
The Glen Rosa walk is suitable for most fitness levels, but it does involve a couple of hours of walking on uneven ground. The cold-water swim is optional — you can still take part in the walk even if you choose not to swim.
What should I bring?
Comfortable walking clothes and sturdy footwear
Swimwear and a towel if you’re joining the cold-water dip
Water bottle, snacks, and anything else you might need for a 2–3 hour walk
How do I get to Arran?
You’ll need to book a ferry from Ardrossan to Brodick. We advise booking your ferry tickets early, especially if you plan to bring your car over.
When does the event start and finish?
Saturday: Workshop runs during the day at Auchrannie Hotel (times confirmed after booking).
Sunday: Glen Rosa walk begins early morning and will finish around midday, giving you time to catch a ferry back if needed.
How many places are available?
Spaces are limited to keep the event intimate and impactful. Once tickets are gone, they’re gone.
